1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada only.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees.
4. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
7. Are returns free?
Yes. We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.
8. Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed.
10. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
