How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

To track your order:

  • Use the tracking number provided in your email

  • Visit the courier’s tracking page

  • Enter your tracking number to view real-time updates


When Will Tracking Be Available?

  • Tracking information is usually available within 24–48 hours after shipment

  • If your tracking number is not active immediately, please allow some time for updates to appear


Order Processing Time

Before shipping, your order goes through a processing period:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders are then handed over to the shipping carrier


Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (Canada)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays

If your tracking number is not working or has not updated for several days:

  • Please wait up to 48 hours for updates
